No mystery. No locked-in commitments. Just the work.
We walk you through every step before anything is signed. Here is exactly what working with Pomodoro looks like, from first call to ongoing content.

We spend time in your space first
01
Before we touch a caption or a calendar, we visit. We walk the kitchen, the stall, the back room. A briefing document tells us facts; your space tells us the story.
02
We build a content plan around what you can sustain
We scope deliverables to your actual capacity — your schedule, your crew, your seasons. A plan that overreaches on paper fails in practice. We write one that holds.
We run a short proof-of-work period
03
The first four to six weeks are a trial. We create content, watch what lands with your actual audience, and adjust. No long-term retainer until the work earns one.
Ongoing work, on terms that make sense
04
If we move to an ongoing relationship, the scope is reviewed every quarter. You are never locked into a package that stopped fitting six months ago.
Things people ask before saying yes
Do we need to sign a contract upfront?
How many clients do you take on?
What if we're not active on social yet?
No. The first engagement is a scoped trial. A longer-term agreement only comes after the proof-of-work period shows the fit is right for both sides.
A limited number per year — intentionally. We take on fewer clients so the work stays specific to each one, not templated across a roster.
That is fine — often better. Starting from zero means no habits to undo. We build from what the business is, not what it has already posted.
If this sounds like how you want to work, let's talk.
We take on a small number of clients each year. Tell us about your business and we will let you know if there is a fit.
